Email cidar.lee@gmail.com from the Google email used for Dear Busan. Use the subject “Dear Busan account deletion” and state that you want your account and associated server data deleted. We verify ownership before processing and reply with the result or any information needed. Never send your password, login code or access token. This is an email request route; there is currently no automated account-deletion form in the app.

The request covers the Dear Busan authentication account, Google identity fields, profile, notification registration and associated server letter records. Report evidence and safety/admin records follow the retention periods in the Privacy Policy (evidence up to 30 days; reports and admin audit records up to 90 days). Provider logs and backups expire under provider processes. Deletion cannot remotely remove letters already saved on a recipient’s device. Locally stored letters on your device must be removed on that device; deleting the app can remove app-private data and cannot be undone through the server. Removing the Google connection alone does not delete the Dear Busan account.
삭제 요청은 Dear Busan 인증 계정, Google 식별 정보, 프로필, 알림 등록과 연결된 서버 편지 기록을 대상으로 합니다. 신고 증거와 안전·관리 기록은 개인정보처리방침의 보관 기간(증거 최대 30일, 신고·관리자 활동 기록 최대 90일)을 따릅니다. 제공업체 로그·백업은 해당 업체 절차에 따라 만료됩니다. 상대 기기에 이미 저장된 편지를 원격 삭제할 수는 없습니다. 내 기기의 편지는 해당 기기에서 제거해야 하며 앱 삭제로 앱 전용 데이터가 사라지면 서버에서 복구할 수 없습니다. Google 연결 해제만으로 Dear Busan 계정이 삭제되지는 않습니다.
