Dear Busan is a text-letter service for adults aged 18 or over, operated by GATEPOP Inc. This policy covers our connected mobile app, admin website and public website at dearbusan.com. Effective: October 12, 2026. Privacy contact: cidar.lee@gmail.com.
GATEPOP Inc.는 만 18세 이상을 위한 텍스트 편지 서비스 Dear Busan을 제공합니다. 이 방침은 서버에 연결된 모바일 앱, 관리자 웹과 dearbusan.com 공개 웹사이트에 적용됩니다. 시행일은 2026년 10월 12일이며 개인정보 문의는 cidar.lee@gmail.com으로 받습니다.
Google sign-in · Google 로그인
When you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies your account identifier, verified email address and basic profile fields such as name and profile-image URL to Supabase Authentication for Dear Busan. We use these fields to identify your account, authenticate sessions and prevent unauthorized access. Email is also used to recognize the separately authorized admin account. Your Google email, name and image are not displayed to letter recipients; Dear Busan uses the nickname and avatar you choose. We do not request Gmail, contacts, Calendar or Drive access.
Google 로그인을 선택하면 Google 계정 식별자, 확인된 이메일 주소와 이름·프로필 이미지 주소 등의 기본 프로필 정보가 Dear Busan의 Supabase 인증 서비스에 전달됩니다. 계정 식별, 로그인 유지와 무단 접근 방지에 사용하며, 이메일은 별도로 허용된 관리자 계정 확인에도 사용합니다. 편지 상대에게 Google 이메일·이름·사진을 표시하지 않고 앱에서 선택한 닉네임과 아바타를 표시합니다. Gmail·연락처·캘린더·Drive 접근 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
App information and purposes · 앱 처리 항목과 목적
We store your chosen nickname, avatar, country, languages, interests, matching preferences, private timezone, adult-confirmation timestamp and accepted terms version to create your profile, find letter recipients and schedule delivery. Date of birth is transmitted to check adult eligibility and is not saved as a birth-date field. We process text letters, sender/recipient identifiers, delivery and receipt timestamps, client deduplication identifiers and block lists to deliver letters and prevent duplicate or unwanted delivery. Reports include the reason and, when you submit it, selected letter evidence for safety review. Technical authentication and request records are processed by our infrastructure providers for service security and operation.
프로필 작성·편지 상대 찾기·배달 시간 계산을 위해 선택한 닉네임·아바타·국가·언어·관심사·상대 선호·비공개 시간대, 성인 확인 시점과 동의한 약관 버전을 저장합니다. 생년월일은 성인 여부 확인을 위해 서버에 전달하지만 생년월일 항목으로 저장하지 않습니다. 편지 전달·중복 및 원치 않는 전달 방지를 위해 본문, 발신·수신 식별자, 발송·수신 시점, 중복 방지 식별자와 차단 목록을 처리합니다. 신고 사유와 이용자가 제출한 편지 증거는 안전 검토에 사용합니다. 서비스 보안과 운영에 필요한 인증·요청 기록은 인프라 제공업체에서도 처리합니다.
Visibility and sharing · 공개 및 제공 범위
Other users can see the Dear Busan nickname, selected country and avatar shown in discovery or letters, and the letter text you send them. Your timezone and Google sign-in details are private. We use Supabase for authentication, database and letter relay (the app database is configured in Seoul); Cloudflare hosts the website. Enabled arrival notifications use Expo Push Service and Apple APNs or Google FCM. Google Analytics processes public website usage as described below. These providers process data needed for their service, including through their international infrastructure. We do not sell Google user data, share it with advertising or data brokers, or use it to train general AI models. Dear Busan does not currently send letter bodies to a translation or generative-AI service. Access by personnel is restricted to necessary service administration and submitted reports; the admin website does not offer access to all users’ private conversations.
다른 이용자는 펜팔 찾기·편지에 표시되는 Dear Busan 닉네임·선택 국가·아바타와 자신에게 보낸 편지 본문을 볼 수 있습니다. 시간대와 Google 로그인 정보는 공개하지 않습니다. 인증·데이터베이스·편지 전달에는 Supabase(앱 데이터베이스는 서울 리전), 웹 호스팅에는 Cloudflare를 사용합니다. 도착 알림을 켜면 Expo Push Service와 Apple APNs 또는 Google FCM을 사용합니다. 공개 웹 방문 분석은 아래와 같이 Google Analytics에서 처리합니다. 각 업체는 해외 인프라를 포함하여 서비스에 필요한 정보를 처리합니다. Google 이용자 데이터를 판매하거나 광고업체·데이터 중개업체에 제공하거나 범용 AI 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 현재 편지 본문을 번역·생성형 AI 서비스로 전송하지 않습니다. 담당자의 접근은 필요한 서비스 관리와 제출된 신고 검토로 제한하며, 관리자 웹에서는 일반 이용자의 전체 대화 열람 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
Letter storage and retention · 편지 저장과 보관 기간
Received letters are kept on your device after durable local storage. Temporary server bodies become eligible for automatic deletion 7 days after the device confirms storage, or 30 days after scheduled delivery if no receipt is confirmed. Delivery metadata and duplicate-prevention identifiers become eligible for deletion 37 days after scheduled delivery. Cleanup runs hourly; a delayed job may delay physical deletion. Report evidence is kept for up to 30 days, shortened to 7 days after a report is closed; report records and admin audit records are kept for up to 90 days. Account and profile information, including Google identity fields, remains while the account is active, until an account-deletion request is processed. Provider operational logs and backups follow each provider’s retention and expiry processes. Local letters are not a permanent cloud archive: changing devices or deleting the app may lose older letters. Deleting a server account cannot remotely erase a copy already received by another user.
받은 편지는 기기 저장이 완료되면 해당 기기에 보관합니다. 서버의 임시 본문은 기기가 저장 완료를 확인한 뒤 7일, 수신 확인이 없으면 배달 예정부터 30일이 지나 자동 삭제 대상이 됩니다. 배송 정보·중복 방지 식별자는 배달 예정부터 37일이 지나 삭제 대상이 됩니다. 정리는 매시간 실행하며 작업 지연 시 실제 삭제가 늦어질 수 있습니다. 신고 증거는 최대 30일 보관하고 신고 종결 후에는 7일로 단축합니다. 신고 기록과 관리자 활동 기록은 최대 90일 보관합니다. Google 식별 정보를 포함한 계정·프로필은 계정 이용 중 보관하고 계정 삭제 요청 처리 시 삭제합니다. 제공업체의 운영 로그·백업은 해당 업체의 보관·만료 절차를 따릅니다. 편지는 영구 클라우드 보관함이 아니며 기기 변경·앱 삭제 시 오래된 편지를 잃을 수 있습니다. 서버 계정을 삭제해도 상대 기기에 이미 도착한 사본을 원격 삭제할 수는 없습니다.
Optional notifications · 선택 알림
When arrival alerts are enabled, an installation identifier, push token and alert preference are linked to your signed-in account in Supabase. Push providers receive a generic arrival notice, never a letter body or nickname. Device registrations expire after 30 days without renewal; notification delivery jobs are retained for up to 7 days. You can turn alerts off in app settings or your device settings. Optional 8am and 8pm tide reminders are scheduled locally. Alerts are optional and are not advertising.
도착 알림을 켜면 설치 식별자·푸시 토큰·알림 설정을 로그인한 계정에 연결하여 Supabase에 등록합니다. 푸시 업체에는 일반적인 도착 안내만 보내고 편지 본문·닉네임을 보내지 않습니다. 기기 등록은 갱신 없이 30일 후 만료하며 알림 작업은 최대 7일 보관합니다. 앱 설정이나 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 선택형 오전 8시·오후 8시 물때 알림은 기기에만 예약하며 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.
Website analytics · 웹사이트 방문 분석
The public website uses Google Analytics 4 for page views, visits and basic interactions. Google receives browser/device information, approximate location and analytics cookie identifiers. We do not send account profiles, letters, messages or form contents. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded from the configured page URL. Google Signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled. Local previews and workers.dev addresses do not load this tag. Google’s information about partner sites · Analytics opt-out.
공개 웹사이트는 Google Analytics 4로 페이지 조회·방문·기본 상호작용을 분석합니다. 브라우저·기기 정보, 대략적인 지역과 분석 쿠키 식별자가 Google에 전달됩니다. 계정 프로필·편지·대화·폼 내용은 전송하지 않으며, 설정한 페이지 주소에서 쿼리 문자열과 URL 조각을 제외합니다. Google Signals와 광고 개인 최적화 신호는 사용하지 않습니다. 로컬 미리보기와 workers.dev 주소에서는 이 태그를 불러오지 않습니다. 브라우저 쿠키 설정이나 위 분석 차단 도구로 조절할 수 있습니다.
Security and your choices · 보안과 이용자의 선택
We use HTTPS in transit, account authentication, database access controls and restricted admin access. Letter storage is not advertised as end-to-end encrypted. Protect your device and avoid shared-device sign-in. You can edit your profile, block or report users, and change alert preferences in the app. To request access, correction or deletion of account data, email cidar.lee@gmail.com from the Google email used to sign in. We verify account ownership before acting; do not send passwords, login codes or tokens. See the account deletion instructions. Removing Dear Busan’s connection in your Google Account revokes Google access but does not itself delete Dear Busan data. The service is for adults; if you believe an under-18 account has been created, contact us for review and removal.
전송 구간 HTTPS, 계정 인증, 데이터베이스 접근 제어와 관리자 접근 제한을 사용합니다. 편지 저장을 종단간 암호화 서비스로 안내하지 않습니다. 기기를 보호하고 공용 기기 로그인을 피해주세요. 앱에서 프로필 수정·차단·신고·알림 설정 변경이 가능합니다. 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제는 로그인에 사용한 Google 이메일로 cidar.lee@gmail.com에 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 소유 확인 후 처리하며 비밀번호·로그인 코드·토큰은 보내지 마세요. 계정 삭제 안내도 확인할 수 있습니다. Google 계정에서 Dear Busan 연결을 해제하면 Google 접근 권한이 철회되지만 Dear Busan 데이터가 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다. 만 18세 미만 계정이 의심되면 검토·삭제를 위해 문의해주세요.

Dear Busan’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Changes to this policy are published here with an updated effective date; material changes to data use will be explained before the changed use starts.
